You think it is hard to put the puzzle together, just imagine how hard it was to design it! Our graphic artist literally spent months designing these puzzles, cutting samples and making changes. Almost 30 prototypes were scrapped before he perfected the design. Every piece of wood used for our puzzles is hand stained by one of our staff. It is then into our laser cutters where each puzzle piece is precision cut. But the work doesn't stop there! Once cut, one of our staff must remove the puzzles, very, very carefully so as to not lose any pieces. The puzzle is then flipped to make sure each piece has been cut completely. Meanwhile, another laser is loaded with the MDF for the backer boards. Once cut and engraved, the backer boards are brought to the assembly station with the puzzles. Each puzzle is hand pinned to the backer board, then sanded and given a last inspection. Now that the puzzle is made, it is time for packaging. The puzzle guide card is added and the puzzle is wrapped in plastic. It is then sent down a heat tunnel to shrink the plastic for a snug fit.
